Denny's Antenna Service Reviews (10)

Just like to say they are a very good business to deal with . They stand behind their product . I tried their stacker antenna and only received one station . No matter of the position of the antenna . Thanks [redacted]

Everything arrived extremely fast as described.
The Stacker antenna works outstandingly, receiving all the channels I expected.
I appreciated all the helpful information on the web site, in addition to answers to my questions when I called.
I would highly recommend this business to others.

DENNY'S IS GREAT!!! I can watch all my favorite shows in "the sticks" of Central Mississippi. [redacted] was so helpful in getting me the right antenna for my remote area. The price was more than reasonable. I am so excited to finally be free from DISH. I have recommended Denny's to friends and family.

You not follow thru on your promise to help me resolve the problem with the Stacker
The stacker is still on top of my roof as a witness to good product

I installed our EZ HD Antenna from Denny's on December 16. We live in [redacted] and are located 22 miles from the antennas that we can see from our house. We had been using an amplified "stick" antenna (about 5 feet long) from Radio Shack (no longer manufactured) in our attic crawlspace for the past 5 years and getting decent reception on about 14 different channels (including 15 or so sub-channels), but with intermittent dropouts on several digital channels (notably the NM PBS channels that are mostly what we watch). I ordered the $69 kit with mounting bracket. It arrived via UPS exactly as promised. I installed it (including the requisite ground), connected the existing cable wire from our attic crawlspace, it and pointed it at the transmitters that are clearly visible from our house.

The results after scanning for channels were nothing short of amazing. First off, all of the [redacted] PBS channels now come in very clearly with no hint of dropouts noted as yet on any of them as well as all those we could receive previously. The amazing part is that I have now discovered three additional broadcast channels 16 (GetTV + old movies). 30 (MundoFox in Spanish plus a number of English sub-channels), and 43 ("Antenna" TV and sub-channels), adding a dozen or so viewing options to our TV. I would enthusiastically recommend this antenna to anyone in the Albuquerque area who would like get more free TV than is to be had from the other "solutions" on the market.

Thanks for making and marketing a superior product.

Received the hd stacker,pre-amp, and eave mount package rapidly. It was installed easily, as the instructions were great. The compression cable fittings were of high quality.
Pointed the antenna towards NY (41 degrees east of true north, as recommended by antennaweb for my zip). Results: FANTASTIC !!
Scanning produced 72 channels, including several Philly stations from the back end. This was a vast improvement over my old setup, which was a 10' attic- mounted
antenna with 3 amplifiers, which gave very iffy reception. Denny's web site is loaded with useful info , also. I highly recommend this product/ business.
[redacted] from **.

I contacted Denny's Antenna Service, via email, in early September 2016 inquiring about types of TV antennas for my house as an alternative to cable TV. Denny provided expert advice, recommendations, and was exceptionally upfront and honest regarding what my expectations should be. I ended up purchasing two antennas and associated accompanying hardware from him. I received all the products within one week of purchase.

I have to say his input and products are outstanding. Everything is working great and the reception now on both of my TV's is exceptional. 30 plus stations with crystal clear reception on each channel is amazing. Who needs cable? I couldn't be happier to be able to cut my cable cord effective October 15th, 2016. The cost of the equipment I purchased through his store will payback within a short 6 months.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Denny's and have provided that recommendation to several of my friends interested in replacing their cable service with antennas.

I first had dealings with Denny's Antenna Service in late 2014 when I chose to install their Stacker antenna in my attic, with excellent results. At that time I did not need or make much use of their services, and I only needed to repeat one of my few emails before receiving a response.
About one year later, my situation was quite different, and so was my experience with Denny's customer service. It started when I attempted to get advice via their antenna recommendation service. There was no response to a number of enquiries using their online form, nor to two emails requesting assistance. Eventually, I took the risk and ordered the same Stacker antenna I had used a year before. The package was lost by UPS and resulted in the only responses from Denny's over the past three-plus months. They shipped a replacement without issue.
Since this antenna was to be installed on the roof, I placed a number of orders spaced over about six weeks. Each was shipped promptly. During this time and shortly after receiving my current order, I received an unexpected notice from USPS indicating I had a package coming. After verifying through the Tyvek envelope that it was as a duplicate of my order, I marked it as such for return to sender. Though I called within Denny's office hours, their voice mail only gave the office hours before cutting off the call. I notified them the same day via their online contact form of the duplicate order being returned. Needless to say, within 30 minutes of USPS confirming that it was delivered to them, UPS notified me it was on its way back to me.
A subsequent request using their online contact form on April 4 to ask for advice concerning reception of a troublesome station remains unanswered a week later.
Denny's HD Stacker antenna has worked well for me on both occasions. Their prices are mostly reasonable and they ship promptly, but I would not rely on them for pre- or post-sales advice or guidance with product selection or usage.

years I have been trying to get t. v. reception via antennas. I can't remember exactly how I connected w/denny's. but, I discovered all my luck is not all bad! after they listened to all my reception issues, scanning etc.. they gave a certain amount of true advice. for sure I was listening to someone that was more interested in my problems than their pocket book. they made recommendations as what to do in order for me to get max. reception and other issues corrected. I ordered all that was needed as per their instructions. installed as per their instructions. the order was received promptly and in tact. I truly hope they made a fair profit as their information alone was priceless at no charge. I just wanted to say thank you all at denny"s, and I hope you will be around forever! [redacted].

The antenna was shipped to me quickly. The quality and performance was as described. Very pleased with this purchase experience.
