Denny's Carpet

Review: I bought a carpet off of Denny's a year and 4 months ago. He came into my home and was very pushy with me. The carpet he recommended to me has NOT lasted up to his 5 year warranty. The tack strips are coming up and people are stepping on nails. [redacted] claims the reason our carpet is in such bad shape is because of our dogs. We have tried to contact him and when I finally got ahold of him he told me he had gotten our multiple messages but he was not returning our phone calls because he knew the problem but he did not care and would not be taking care of it.Desired Settlement: We would like our carpet to be replaced ASAP!
