My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child and we have decided that it was time to upgrade from our 2 bedroom townhome to a detached house. In order to sell our house we needed to redo our floors and get a fresh coat of paint put on the walls. With only about 2.5 months before the due date, this needed to be done quickly. Our realtor agent provided [redacted]'s name as a contractor that she has been working with for about 10 years. I called [redacted] up and set up an appointment for him to come over and provide a quote. He was very easy to work; listened to what we needed and provided details of what he would do to get everything done. The quote he provided was nearly half the amount other contractors were offering for the same exact job. In addition the timeframe in which [redacted] could get the job done was well less then the other contractors as well, which was good for my wife and I do to the fact we are on a time constraint.
The time he had quoted was to get the job done in 3 days. However due to an ice storm, the first day was a NO-GO. [redacted] assured me that he would get the job done over the next 2 days. His team finished everything in just over 1 day!! Throughout the process, [redacted] was extremely easy to work with. He always answered the phone when I had a question or concern. And always responded to issues in a timely manner.
When my wife and I did the final walk through after everything was completed, it was very apparent that [redacted] had gone above and beyond what we had agreed upon in our contract. Everything looked amazing.
