Complaint [redacted] came over and give us an estimate and asked for half upfront but has never installed the countertopsOn March 18 [redacted] came over and gave us an estimate for our countertops at which time he gave us an invoice and we paid half of it upfront $650. he scheduled to deliver on March 28 and he never showed up, we called and there was no answer we left messages they finally called us back and rescheduled but never showed up during that time then they rescheduled it again and didn't show up again a third time now they will not return any of my calls my husband Have called over 20 times with no response.Desired SettlementWe would like a refund of the $650 or the countertops installed within the next week

I dealt with [redacted] and he has been so unprofessional. He has changed the installation date 3 times and never shows up when he says he willI dealt with [redacted] to install granite counter tops. He has been a pain to deal with because he never returns calls, he failed to show up to do the work 3 times with out calling me to let me know and when I called, he would never returned my calls. I called him and told him he would he needed to return my money which he said two times he would. He never showed up to return the money. I paid him 50% deposit (close to $1800) and ran away with my money. Based on the complaints from other people, this appears to be this guys business practice. This guy needs to stop. Someone needs to put a stop to his little fraudulent/unprofessional business practice.Desired SettlementI ask for [redacted] from Denny's Marble to return my money with interest or do the work but be required to wait the amount of time I had to wait to be paid the remaining balance. He needs to understand that this should not be done to people.

Denny's has a failed to show and install counter tops on 3 occasions and have ignored all my attempts to contact them. Denny's marble and granite has taken my deposit of $600 and cut off all communication to me. We we're scheduled to install over a week ago. They claimed they miscut the granite and needed to schedule the next day. Then the next. Then Tuesday this week. I have not had a call, text, or voicemail returned in the past 4 days. Their internet adds mislabel their company name so I couldn't have searched it. [redacted] was my installer he takes his time drawing it up and looks legit. Had I been able to search the company name prior to it appearing on my deposit receipt I never would have given them a deposit. I'm now delaying the sale of my home because of their poor scheduling/communication. Desired SettlementI want my $600 deposit back or the Granite installed properly ASAP!!! If I don't hear from Denny's Marble and Granite I will pursue legal action promptly to right their wrong. The contractor completed work to satisfactory standards.

The granite was not measured correctly when template was made and they refused to correct the issue after installation.After installing my granite countertops, I noticed right away that one section of the countertops stuck out an inch+ farther out than the rest of the granite. I brought up the issue right away to the installer before he left and he said that apparently that section of cabinets was an inch narrower than the other cabinets and that cutting that extra inch off would "ruin the stone" and make it look bad. I wasn't sure until after he left and I had another professional look at it that this was complete BS and he just didn't want to fix his error.Desired SettlementI had to hire someone else to cut the granite on site two days later. (It looks MUCH better now). Every time he had different excuse. I spoke last week and he cutoff phone ( [redacted] ) I have not had a call, text, or voicemail returned in the past 4 days. Their internet adds mislabel their company name so I couldn't have searched it. [redacted] was my installer he takes his time drawing it up and looks legit. Had I been able to search the company name prior to it appearing on my deposit receipt I never would have given them a deposit. I contacted his supplier where I selected slab told me so far he has not placsed order for my granite and looks like he has been using different address and phone #, His supplier ( [redacted] has different address ( [redacted] ) on file for him. Desired SettlementFinish Job As early as possible or refund my deposit.

Paid for product and was to have installation but haven't received any responses from [redacted] as promised.[redacted] came to property on oct 9th to measure island countertop. Installation was to occur next day on oct 10th. After multiple requests via phone and text message, I have not received any response back from [redacted] on installation. $350 was paid on 10/9. I would like the installation to occur or money to be returned. If no response occurs, legal action will follow against this business for theft.Desired SettlementWould like countertop to be installed ASAP or return and refund of money.[redacted] is [redacted] number but he will not return a call.[redacted] called today and delivered countertop to my satisfaction. This is now closed and I'm a satisfied customer.

They will tell you they are coming at a certain time and they will not show up. Hard to contact them. If you have any problems,won't correct.They went by DMG Granite in our case. Had an appointment on 2-22-2013 to install granite. Had given them 1/2 down. Never showed up. Had difficulty making contact with them. Second appointment with them was set foe 2-26-2013. Never showed up. Hard to contact them again.Called and said they cut out the wrong hole for the sink. Had to go and pick another piece of granite out. More time and frustration. Had a 3rd appointment 3-2-2013,2:00 pm. Didn't show up. Finally came at 5:00pm.with granite. Finished installation on 3-4-2013.My wife notice the sink was the wrong depth.Called and explained the situation. Never called to fix problem. My wife explained she needed an extra piece of granite because we were going to purchase a slide in range. He said he would leave one, but never did. Called for the piece at a later date,said that he woud drop it off. Never did! Not professionals!Desired SettlementRefund for the wrong size sink,piece behind stove, and other quality problems.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Dennys marbleContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]Well we did this job about a year ago the sink is right sizes but two months later she want a smaller sink cause she said it was to deep of course is deeper is undermount goes under the granite before she used to have a dropping and they new the size that is tha only size we carry and piece behind stove they ask us if in the future they changed the stove if we may have a piece if we can give it to them we say yes if we have it no problem we have different granite pieces of the same granite but different patterns and there was no other problem at all we can bring her a piece if they like but they never pay for it but we are more then happy to bring the piece...Final Consumer Response When we had our estimate done we specifically asked for a "shallow" sink because our last home had a deep sink. We were told that is what we would get. I don't recall how long it was before I was able to connect with them to ask for another one(as we said they screen their phone calls)but I don't think it was 2 months, my estimate would be 2 weeks or less. When I did reach the[redacted] he told me they don't make 8"sinks, but then quickly changed that to " I will check and get back to you" He never did. At that point I knew it was fruitless to pursue a different sink and gave up. As far as the piece behind the stove, we were told many, many times that they would get that piece to us. We even offered to go and pick it up. The piece we need is about 3inches by 30 inches yet they claim they don't have any that will match. Since they made a mistake cutting the first slab of granite we picked out and the second piece was almost identical, I highly doubt they can't match it, especially since he is offering , once AGAIN to bring it to us. We were told first by the[redacted] several times he would bring it and then his father told us he'd bring it. They are not men of their word.Final Business Response We never tell them we had the piece we tell her the we have several pieces she send a picture but itwas hard to tell that was install about 1 year ago she never paid for the we did the job she paid now they change for a sliding range also I can should you mi copy of invoice where you can see the sink selection and the sink we provide their all 9" deep plus 1 1/4" of the granite cause their under mount she told us 2 months later if we could get a 6" sink and we call our supplier trying to see if they had any trying to help her but they didn't only dropping sinks is not our fault they change stove...

Denny's Marble took my money and never deliver my Granite Marble. He offer me a refund but then weeks later still have not receive any money back!Denny himself came to my salon and did an estimate for some Marble tables that I wanted to customize or my Nail Salon. He told me in order to see samples of the marble, I would need to put half down as a deposit for him to order the marbles for me. Total project was estimated around 2,600 so I gladly wrote him a check for 1,300. He said he will be back within a week with a smaller piece of marble and if I was okay with the color then he would order the bigger pieces. A week goes by, no calls, no show from Denny. I called him no answer! Finally second week he picks up his phone, because I used another number, and saids he will stop by later that week to show me sample. Later that week comes around, NO show, NO calls. I contact him numerous time and was falsely promise that he would stop by following in week! Again, following week comes around he does not show up with any sample. I started to get worry because 1,300 is a big amount of money. Not to mention that he already took the money out of my account the same day I wrote him the check (August 6, 2015). The final conversation I had with Denny was on August 25, 2015 and I told him I am very unhappy with the way he is doing business. I demanded my money back, and he agreed and said he will stop by soon to totally refund me the deposit money! Fast forward to today September 2, 2015 called him 5 times, text him twice, and left voicemail but still no calls back from him! Last time we spoke, I told him if he was too busy with other project to just send me my money back in the mail because honestly I just rather not have any face to face contact with him again, but he assure me that he will stop by my salon to refund me, but of course present day (sept 2, 2015) no calls no show and I still have not receive a penny back from him! Please help me contact him and get my money back for me! I am a small business owner and I need the 1,300 back to complete the re-modeling process. Also, He was never available when I needed to communicate with him. Denny's Granite is not professional at all. He told me he will stop by with money and now sept 3 still no refund. He is fully aware that I wanted a FULL REFUND. Second lie is deposit money was 1,300 not 1,000. Of course I can prove it with photo copy the check made to him and that he cash out in August. Please let me know if you would like me to submit that check!

I paid Dennys [redacted] an $800 deposit towards granite countertops(check was cashed in the same day). He provided a detailed invoice and set a date for installation. On day of installation, he did not show and still does not return calls. Has not finished the job,does not answer nor respond to phone calls. Unfortunately,I paid him w/2checks, initial deposit half, final check cashed.:(DMG (Dennys Marble & Granite)XXX-XXX-XXXX Came out to measure for countertops 6/6/14 deposit $956.25,scheduledinstall 6/12/14 cancelled,rescheduled 6/13/14 cancelled, scheduled for 6/17/XX X:XX, then 11, then 3 and showed up after 3. Estimate states backsplash and 3/8 round edge one section has a corner no round edge and I still don't have a backsplash, says not included and will have to pay more? And now he will not answer the phone nor respond to text. Used Ocean White 3 cm granite, will not match if not the same lot. Would like the backsplash even if I have to pay more? He says I said no backsplash, thought he was trying to sell me ceramic all the way up the wall? Maybe that was a communication error???don't think so. His company has an "F" rating with Revdex.com, should have checked and not paid in full can you help? who is his distributor? anyway to find out, [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX SOS, can you help? Paid for work and materials that were never done or given. Theft of money. Misrepresentation and Dishonesty.Paid Denny's Marble and Granite representative [redacted] $580 as a down payment to remove old counter tops, install new granite counter tops with sink under mounted and backsplashes. Date was agreed on. No service was given on date scheduled. Vendor kept rescheduling for that day and never showed up or called. Rescheduled for next day and never showed up or called. Cannot contact either does not answer phone or is turned off.Desired SettlementI would either like my money back or the materials and services requested promptly installed. This vendor should not be allowed to do business. Consumers should be protected from his ilk.I recently placed a complaint on March 5, 2015 regarding Denny's Marble and Granite. Contract was signed for granite installing kitchen counter tops A deposit was made and the check was immediately cashed. They were supposed to do the work today March 26, 2014.
