Anyway that is not your issue. Mr. [redacted] purchase flooring for his pontoon. The flooring we have as direct shipped from the manufacture. Which is just what happened. He called to confirm shipping and was told it was it was ordered and...

was direct shipping to Florida. at that time Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] they were not going to be in Florida any more they were going to Canada. We called and had the vinyl flooring re-routed to Us in Indiana. (costly to us). Mr. [redacted] wanted us to ship to Canada, which we told him we would. But now he would have to pay additional freight and Give us the name of his Broker. (Customers must have there own broker in order to pay duty's and taxes). He argued, complained, said he didn't need one, every excuse, ECT. He was then told that we would refund his money as we were not able to ship his product. He didn't want that either! Since Heather has been gone I have not had an email or any phone contact with him.
We have went out of our way to please the customer.

to do it. he would not listen. We then made a video for him as to how to install the insert. The visual helped his personnel to install the insert. As far as the additional $100. As with all quotes there comes customer changes, which in most cases, there is an adjustment to the invoice. His final invoice is correct. our customer service is very good. We work with all customer to make their purchase a good experience. We want return customers. But as I am sure you are aware, no matter what you do you can't make every one happy

The response from Everything Pontoon is completely invalid. I purchased a set of seats from them. One of the seats was broken. As they stated in their second paragraph, I was not putting my seat together correctly. I didn't buy a product where I had to put the seat together. The product came defective and damaged. I wanted them to send a replacement where I would have sent the bad one back. Yes, they told me how to put it together, but I didn't buy a product where I had to put things together. I didn't have the time to do that and I had to use my maintenance team to do it and that is not what I purchased.
In regards to the quote, the email that I sent as an attachment the first time had a quote. I was never told it was going to change.
This was such a dissatisfying experience and I believe I'm owed the $100.
Finally, [redacted] the owner was rude and disrespectful. He was terrible at returning calls and responding to emails.

The price sent was never a "quote." Why would I have agreed to something that wasn't firm. Furthermore, not sure why there price would have changed. Again, this whole experience has been so dissatisfying.

We did send him a new insert. It was not damaged or defective. There was nothing wrong with the insert or seat in the first place. but we sent the insert in good will. [redacted] talked to him many times trying to explain and after so many times of explaining and the customer not listening, he does have a tendency to become rude. I will apologize for that.
As far as a quote, as I said before, it is a quote and quotes change....final price is the invoice.
