This product does exactly what it says. The free version works 100% as described, and would be well suited for a realtor/broker who wants to create their own listings on their site.
I am going to give this plugin 5 stars because I have ample experience working with the Realtyna team to successfully build an organic MLS website for a broker. Even after the site is complete and we should be done with our relationship, Realtyna has reached out many times to see if we are doing well and to address any possible concerns.
My client's site has doubled in traffic every month since it has been launched because of the SEO implications. The organic acquisition is now at 55% in just 90 days! Great product and great support.

These guys from Realtyna have really built a great plugin for managing a real estate website. Literally everything in the plugin is highly customizable. Some settings are hard to find, but you just send their support team an email and they’ll either fix it for you or point you to the place where the setting can be changed. We managed to customize the plugin exactly as we wanted. Great work!

By fare the Realtyna platform is one of the best platforms out there if not the best. I personally researched over 34 different vendors before I decided to user Realtyna as our provider. Like anything there is always a risk when working with a provider for the first time and it takes time to get familiarize with how the system works and their team. Once you learn some of their tools and capabilities things start work really well
Pros
They system is very robust and fixable and provided a great engine that we layered with our design. They have a lot of features that can be tweaked and massaged to the way you want things to look and work. You just need to do a little CSS coding etc. They have many modules that you can be added to the main platform. One of the main reasons that we picked Realtyna was for their MLS RETS integration. This was key in our decision as we were looking for a more complete data feed without the hassle to do expensive and time consuming programing. It took some time to figure out how it all worked and to get it going, but once the feed started coming in we were very happy with the results.
Their support team is very understanding and willing to help and do what was necessary to complete the job. Our project was very complex which created a few hurdles that required some attention. Most of the time any tickets that we submitted was answered quickly. I had many questions about how things worked which could have been annoying, but Sara, Natan, and Howard always responded in a professional and detailed manner.
Cons.
All support was via email, I would have preferred to have a phone conversation which I thought would have help move things along faster. I took longer to get answers on some of the support tickets but they eventually got to it. I wasn’t sure which modules I needed until I needed them which ended up costing me more than I expected. It was not big deal I just wished for the size of this project a pre consolation would have made things easier, and would have avoided a few emails.
All and all great system and great team.

 The District Manager Did Not ask to sit with me! she said nothing of the complaint!She did not scratch the dog. She said nothing about it being a warning dog. “I have purchased the realtyna organic package back in December 2015.
Today, my second deal which is solely generated via my website organic result has been closed (without spending even $1 on the paid marketing) and I am going to write my review about the experience with realtyna team and their product. I am going to starts with Pros and then I'll write about the Cons.
Pros:
Realtyna team developed a featured rich package. they have created almost any feature that you can imagine in their add-ons. This is part of the cons too. These features are hard to learn for a realtor without IT back-ground and sometimes I felt lost in their sophisticated control panel and manuals.
They provided the installation service and they went beyond what they promised to me to solve a server issue. I knew it wasn't part of their job to deal with my server configuration. But I dared to ask and they did it free of charge.
The software itself, is robust and when you learn to deal with it (which took me couple of months to be honest!) you will enjoy every bit of it.
Cons:
I wish I could give a 5 star review to Realtyna. If they solve the following cons, I will gladly change my review.
Their technical team are not accessible by phone. I can't understand why I should wait for a day to receive my answer by email. Anyway, I received answer to all of my requests in a day or two without exception. Couple of times I called their number and the operator added a note to my ticket and changed the priority. I believe their support team are located in Germany or Poland. It doesn't really matter for me as long as they can be faster than this.
Another cons is their sophisticated feature. I have IT background. If I hadn't I couldn't work with this software easily. They should have a training sessions for realtors who don't have enough information about the Wordpress and web based software. It's not very fair to leave them with a cockpit full of controls and features and ask them to fly without any prior training. I should suggest to stay away from their sophisticated product if you don't know how to deal with dozens of features and settings in a single software or you need something simple or basic or you like to just have a simple website.
Overall, I am satisfied with Realtyna product and team and after this long journey, I am getting more deals closed.”

The context of this reply is based on the project as a whole....not just one ticket....I'll start with the negatives. The only negative was the time frame for our project completion. That said, this is the only negative in an incredibly complex project with many moving parts, including myself (which at times was the cause for some delays). From the first call with Carolyn - to the time and care Alex took to answer our pre-project questions.....to the immense time required by Marvin, Nancy, Steve and their team...I don't believe a better fit exists for our business goals. The affordability and expansion possibilities offered by Realtyna is unequaled in my opinion. Thanks for your commitment to our project and our long term relationship......

I am rejecting this response because: they are claiming that the dishes went through the dishwasher when there is NO WAY that they were even washed at all; there was too much food left on the bottoms of ALL OF OUR DISHES, and we were a party of 6 people. Second of all, I didn't get reimbursed until November 15th when the incident occurred on October 23, and that is only after filing multiple complaints with their corporate office. And, nothing's ever been addressed about the manager aggressively following my husband and threatening him when we were not the ones that did anything wrong. We shouldn't be yelled at and threatened because we discovered we were being fed on dirty plates! That's not how to run a business!

To Whom I May Concern;On 10/23/2016 there was an accurance with these guest about dirty plates in our Denny's here in Chico Ca. We have trained the dishwashers to be more aware of the dishes. Our dish machine do reach temps of 125 and have the sanitized chemicals it runs threw and all are correct....

Excellent and flexible plugin with top notch support
The WP Real Estate Plugin is to real estate websites what WooCommerce plugin is to online shops.
It is highly packed with features and very customizable in all aspects.
This is the best Real Estate plugin I have worked with. I tried a few before settling on WPL.
It is also very customizable after you learn how to use the powerful settings in the plugin. I showed my client the free version as a starting point, but explained a business really needs the full purchased version that comes with a ready made word press theme. It is fully worth the purchase price and it only took a few days to have a fully finished website. You could get it done in one day, or even just a few hours, it depends on how much styling you want. It really did shorten the development time
It is easy to follow the CSS and custom style your website if you use the inspect function in Chrome.
The support is brilliant and the response time is quick and accurately addresses what your issue is. .
I would recommend you take the offer of a free one time setup with the PRO version as there is a lot of settings.
I chose the learning curve and did most of the initial settings myself as I wanted to learn all of the features.
Make sure your hosting solution is decent, (WPL needs some decent memory) and this plugin will reward you with quick page load times.
The plugin loads the settings pages very quickly so I think there is some smart programming in the software.
As a background I have 17 years experience as a web developer and web server manager.
I switched to WordPress about 3 years ago as a development platform as I felt that WordPress had matured as a platform.

Realtyna build a great international real estate software with a lot of needed functionalities with a broad spectrum of additional features like MLS-RETS XML, multi-languages, advanced CRM, licensing and Brokerage/agent set-ups, memberships features & responsive templates etc. I have used this software for a year now and see how it have improved and really stands out from many other solutions in the industry.

RPL agency software is easy to use but there are some first basic steps of a learning curve and the more you learn the more of RPL power you can use and customise to your own needs and business model.
The support is excellent and rapid. You always get answer back latest within 12 hours. Documentations is plenty of but it would be good if its also is on sync with latest versions and a good 'introductory user manual'.
The value for money for is great and your appreciate the great support that fix bugs/configurations quickly!

Indeed this product is incredible! Of course we can think about some little enhancements and add some functionalities that would transform incredible into unbelievable, unbeatable and, absolute impossible to compete with, and I am pretty sure that is a matter of short time everything I can think now will be there... My friend and I came there for breakfast which contained French toast, hash browns, two eggs and two sausage. Up on cutting into my French toast I found a long black strand of hair. I waived down the waiter and he saw the hair as well and took it to his manager.... He then apologized and bought a new plate. I had lost my appetite and requested a to go box. Once I was a kith to pack my eggs to go... I found even more hairs in my eggs. When I spoke with the manager he advised me that all of his cooks were bald. I stood there waiting to get my refund and noticed a Hispanic lady in the kitchen scratching her head as well as tasting some of the food items. This was disgusting. The manager gave the money back for my food and began to make excuses. Please provide manager and employees proper training. After speaking to other friends of mines they all had similar stories.....

Review: A party of 4 went to Denny's on 2-18-2014, around 7:10 for dinner. Waitress [redacted] took our order. [redacted] showed her his AARP membership card and asked if this was good for a 15% discount. [redacted] said yes and she would take care of it later. Had a nice dinner and service was fine. Paid my bill of $51.47 with an American Express Credit Card and added a $5.00 tip. I examined my bill and didn't see the discount. [redacted] said she would call the Manager because it was already rung up. The Manager, [redacted] came out and said it is already rung up on the cash register and he would not make any changes. I explained what had happened and he said "how do you expect [redacted] to remember what she told you over 40 minutes ago". "You must present your AARP membership card when paying your bill". I was not told this before ordering our dinners. [redacted] would not make any adjustments. I have the receipt available.Desired Settlement: Request that the advertised AARP discount be refunded to me.

Review: Poor customer service, wrong food and no receipt given to me even when I asked for one.Location [redacted] N. Ventura Rd/ Channel Island in Oxnard, 93035.I order a takeout meal. The order was incorrect from the jump. Wrong bread when I asked, at the time of pick-up why the bread on my turkey club was not plain white bread, I was told that's what the cook is now using. I explain that the to go menu doesn't mention any change. Could I please get my money back. The General Manager ([redacted]) said no more than once. He made all sorts of false claims like we did purchase the food there. He refused to give me my receipt; he just said his server gave me the receipt. However, with me and my son present, he found the cc receipt but didn't give to us. Instead, he showed us the receipt. This general manager could barely understand simple communication. He seem to be extremely, anger with me. This was his restaurant mistake. All, I wanted was my money back and a simple Im sorry for the mistake on your order. Wow, I guest this was beyond customer service. P. S. My son is a general manager for a larger restaurant than this. For the record, even gas stations give receipts when the gas pump is out of paper receipts.Desired Settlement: A refund of 12.00 or gift coupon to another Dennys Restaurant in Oxnard, CA.
