become ill and we were working on it and would get it to him asap and that she would call him back when she could. I also explained that normal procedure for pick up of paperwork, as stated on the site, and on the terms on the receipt, is that it is at the time of vehicle pick up. So if he would have came to get the paperwork when the vehicle was picked up he would have it and this would not be an issue. We are not responsible for having to do things outside of normal operations and outside of the agreements on the site, which in this case because he didn't come to pickup his paperwork when he vehicle was picked up he is blaming us he doesn't have it and has never showed up to get it so he complains. At this point the person who handled his paperwork tells me she has spoken with him and has sent him his required documentation as he requested. We encourage all buyers to pick up paperwork in person at the time of vehicle pick up because it contains documents that cannot be replaced so even mailing is a risk because it can be lost.
