Review: I ate dinner there with my family first time in a long time cause I had a bad experience with another dennys with the sausage being raw but I was like ok I will hove it another try its a different dennys different location. Food was good my bill was 19.37 and I used my debt card and left a five dollar tip came out to 24.37 as said on the receipt I checked my bank statement noticing that they took out 29.37 for my food and tip that means they took 10 dollars out for a tip I called the manager right away she said that she dont understand how that is possible because the tip was already put in the system that it has to be through my bank. I called my bank they said the transaction was 29.37 taken out. This is so crazy for someone to do that to another human being I left more then 20 pecent of the total bill cause I know what it is like to be a waitress but something is not right here please investigate. I want my five dollars back and if they are doing this.to me how many other people are theu doing this toDesired Settlement: I want a refund of my ten dollars tip they took out in my account investigated and apologizey

Review: July 3, 2015 12:00 am, my brother and I decided to go to denny's to eat some food. The waiter we received seemed like he already was tired of being there and just looked serious and disappointed. We decided to just give him a break and just order our food. We received our food and while we were eating I noticed that something was missing on my plate. So I over looked the menu and what I ordered the "strawberry puppies sundae" came with vanilla ice-cream. And my plate didn't have any ice cream. So I waited until the waiter came back and when I called him he came over and responded with attitude and a rude response. He said "what now?" as in I the customer is bugging him. When as a waiter he should be open to serve all customers with no problem. Then I told him my dilemma and he argued with me saying "I didn't not read the menu" and that "there's two different type of puppies" also that "it's my job to know what I'm ordering before I order it". He willingly was telling me the wrongs I was doing, when in reality as new customer how am I supposed to know the menu. He made me look and feel like an ignorant and an it in front of my brother and other customers. I will not tolerate that and I am very [redacted] off. I will never go to denny's and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well, and believe me my family and all our friends won't go to a place like that. Looks like Denny's is losing customers and ihop is gaining them.Desired Settlement: I honestly feel aggravated and don't want to go back to denny's. But for them to make it right I think they should apologize to my brother and I, and I don't want the manager to apologize I want that rude waiter to be with the manager to apologize to my brother and I. And also perhaps a gift card or something for their horrible customer service.

The server was excellent. The food seemed right out of a frozen package, heated up in a microwave or griddle. Cook did not honor my request.Order included zesty nachos, prime rib sandwich and French fries, a children's pizza and mashed potatoes with gravy, chicken sandwich and fries, and moons over my hammy with eggs over easy and fries. Total cost was [redacted] plus the tip left. Portion sizes were extremely small although it was 8:00 pm. Zesty nachos included the "meat" on top which was soupy and did NOT include any meat. When I requested the sour cream the cook asked what it was for and gave a small plastic cup with a tablespoon of sour cream only. The prime rib sandwich was small and sloppy and contained few fries that were seemingly microwaved. They were soft and tasted like freezer. My son's pizza was a frozen pizza that was hardly warmed up and not even brown around the crust, but white. I requested the moons over my hammy the same way I have for nearly 20 years - with the eggs over easy. The server when she gave me my plate noticed it was wrong and took it back to the cook. The cook stated that they can't make the moons over my hammy with the eggs that I picked. I don't think they actually had fresh eggs at the restaurant. The cook was listening to offensive hip hop music in the background. I have two children. The restaurant was dirty and unkept. A server coughed onto the balcony where food products are served. It was sad for us because it has been our tradition to visit Denny's when we have late work nights. It was also my husband's birthday.Desired Settlement[redacted], the cost of all 4 meals.Business Response I will like to inform you that I was able to speak with our guest. Both the Guest and I have found a fair resolution.Her meals will be replace free of charge.Thanks,[redacted]
