with [redacted] from the time we took over management back in April. [redacted] has had my cell phone number from day one. [redacted] and I have talked both on my office line and my cell phone about him wanting to move and find someone to take over his lease. I even did a site visit to [redacted]'s house around August 20th. I have uploaded images of text messages starting in May and I don't get another text until August 22, [redacted] has had my phone number since we took over. We are not always in the office but if you call you can select option 3 and it transfers to my cell phone. We have worked with [redacted] and he has moved out. I am not sure what else to put  as I think his complaint is invalid. Let me know if you have any questions.
