In regards to Mr***'s suit that was brought in to our Dyer facility; we cleaned this garment according to the care label and it was hand pressedWhen the customer sent it back to our facility stating it had shrunk we used a professional
process in which we slightly loosen the fabric in the suit with steam causing them to slightly stretch in order to fit Mr*** betterHe then proceeded to let us know that
the fabric did not feel correct and it was itchy and fadedIt was then we decided to send the garment to the International Textile Analysis Laboratory in Maryland where they do professional analysis' on
garments that appear to have changed or become defective during cleaningThe attached report shows that no damage, shrinkage or texture change occurred to the garment according to their professional testingMr*** also received a copy of this analysis along with his suit
We value Mr*** as a customer and we are willing to compensate him $for the suit as requested by him

I really appreciate their generous offer and I can use the money towards another suitI'm glad Lansing cleaners is willing to resolve this complaint in such a timely manner and I accept their terms of restitution in the amount of $I still have the suit and I will be donating it to a charity of mine or a charity of their choiceThank you for your time and thank you for having a forum that looks out for the interests of the consumer and our hard earned money
