Dent Doctor did a very poor job on the body work on my carThey did not match the colors and now my car is two different colorsThey put molding back on incorrectly and lost moldingI tried numerous times to work with them to correct the repairs, but each time they did additional damage and poor workmanshipI now have estimates from two different body shops and the estimates are now more than what it was when I first took it to Dent DoctorThey have caused additional damageI will email pictures of the poor work they did and refuse to correctWe have already been in contact with our bank Product_Or_Service: Body work and paint

I usually only leave reviews if something is REALLY good or REALLY badIn this case, I was extremely pleased with the service I received when bringing two of my vehicles in to have some minor paint and dent repair done (backed one car up into the other!)The owner, Kevin, promptly responded to my inquiry for a quoteI was quite impressed with his professionalism and quality of workmanshipHe even touched up a few spots for me I hadn't brought to his attention until after I picked the cars upfree of extra chargeWould definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend to others

Dent doctor in Whitestone should be avoided due to incomplete work that was agreed on and when you complain they will tell you your not paying enough do not trust this place I also received a parking ticket from them as a bonus

Review: Bought car into the [redacted] Dent Doctor Location several months ago to have some hail damage repaired. First they inflated my original [redacted] estimate of $2,200 to over $6,000. I was then told the job would take about a week and it took close to 3 weeks without any phone calls from owner or the person handling the work. When I went to pick up the car it was badly scratched and about a 1/4 of the bents were still noticable. Unsatisfied I then bought the car back a second time for three days and paid my car rental bill out of pocket about $125 and all they did was buff out a few scratches and did NOTHING to the remaining dents that we circled prioir to the work the second time being done, he wasnt even there when I picked up the car. One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever been envolved in personally. For a $6,000 job I could of had the entire hood and trunk replaced by a licensed body shop that was approved by [redacted] and I know the work would of been done properly. I was told at the start of this process by the manager of the Plainview Dent Doctor that 100% of the dents would be removed, when I picked up the car the first time he told me he was only able to remove 90% of the dents which in fact turned out to be about 75%. If I knew that from the start I would of went with another body shop and I feel like I was lie too about the work that was going too be done. I would not recommend this business to anyone and even contacted [redacted] to file a formal compaint against Dent Doctor of [redacted] in regards to my experience.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for un-completed work on my car. I would like a refund for my rental car (3 days) for the second time I bought the car back around to have the work properly done which it was not around $125 dollars and my insurance deductiable back $500 dollars!
