I am rejecting this response because: The subscription that my husband is receiving was placed with Time Customer Service, not *** I called *** and they do not have any record for a renewal of a THREE year (or any length of time) subscription for my husband or me Once they receive a subscription from an independent company they place the order with ** I called ** again and they DO NOT have a subscription from *** for my husband *** checked and they do not do business with Subscriber Services and they have NOT placed an order for SI under my husband's name Forget the *** T-shirt I DO NOT care about the t-shirt, but I do care about the $that I paid Subscriber Services and never received anything for my money

I am rejecting this response because: I never received a *** T-shirt or *** *** magazine I have contacted Sports Illustrated and they have no record of you sending in a payment and renewal information

We have researched this account and will issue a full refund immediately. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund.

Dear Mr. [redacted],A refund was sent yesterday, please allow 3 days. We are sorry for the delay.

The order on file we have verified was from our fulfillment service. Subscriber Services has been in business since 1986. We clear all of our orders through a clearing house for agents called [redacted] is authorized with Sports Illustrated to clear orders. Subscriber Payment Services and it's divisions are connected with [redacted] an authorized fulfillment service for Sports Illustrated and they have been an authorized fulfillment center since 1954. The information you been provided with from the SI agent. Some agents do give out the wrong information regarding the independent subscription agents for SI, there are over 850 agents that than handle orders for SI. We do show that the order was submitted and has been reflected on your subscription account and that SI has confirmed that the free NFL [redacted] t-shirt was mailed to your confirmed mailing address and was not returned as unbelievable.

We show that your subscription was renewed and have been receiving the issues weekly. Also, we show that you received a free [redacted] t-shirt that was mailed out in Sept 18th, 2014. Please let us know what the problem is?Account Number:[redacted]Name: [redacted]Address:[redacted]...

Complaint #[redacted] "not resolved". Business indicated receipt of refund within 5-7 business days beginning 7/29/2015. Refund has not been received as of 8/13/2015. Business has not responded to email sent on 8/11/2015 regarding refund.As initially requested, either my receiving a refund or notification to California State's Attorney office for investigation of business's practice.

I am rejecting this response because:  The current subscription (which was attached by the business) was handled and paid for by my husband dealing directly with [redacted].  According to [redacted] ([redacted], Agent #[redacted], Subscriber Services is not an authorized agent for [redacted] and the current subscription was not paid for as an Agent order.  Also, I paid for a 3 year subscription through Subscriber Services.  I did not receive a 3 year subscription.  My husband paid for a one year subscription in September 2014 (directly with SI) and paid for another one year subscription in April 2015 (directly with **) so that is why he has a September 2016 end date, which is on the attachment.  We have not received anything from Subscriber Services pertaining to our [redacted] subscription.

Your subscription is active and issues have been sent weekly on the renewal you paid through our service. ** has confirmed this. Your information about us having not sent the renewal order to ** is incorrect. Your account information shows the renewal and a free [redacted] t-shirt being sent to you.Attached is your updated account information.

We have researched the customers orders and cannot find a problem, however, we are happy to assist the customer with adding an additional 2 years to the subscription. We have NOT "stolen" money from the customer, the amount listed with [redacted] is a wholesale dealer cost.
