Trash scheduled to be picked up on 9/28/2016 this did not happen when I called them on 9/29/16 I was given excuses and informed that driver claimed that he picked up 5 bags at my address he is either lying or had no clue where he was. I was told that they would have someone out that day to pick up the TWO bags that never happened called again on Friday 9/30/16 was given the same run around and told that it would have the TWO bags picked up that day it didn't happen. Called again 10/3/16 Was given excuses that two trucks broke down driver got hurt and two people called in and they were doing all they could due and said again that it would be picked up today. I am sick of their excuses and inability to follow through with promises made and informed them that if not picked up TODAY I would be canceling my service with them their response was sorry we are doing the best we can terrible customer service as far as I am concerned. They make all kinds of demands and requirements on the customer but don't live to theirend of the deal. up to thei
