A few years ago I purchased a Neptune post boat lift and have been very pleased I live in Northwest Florida so the lift had to be freighted in for installation Some major parts of the lift were damaged in shipping and though no fault of their own, Neptune was excellent about replacing and expediting delivery of the damaged parts The installation crew was local and not affiliated with Neptune and the folks at Neptune were very informative and helpful with the crewI live on a saltwater bayou and this lift has made it so convenient for me to use my boat (no more trailering...yaaaay!) and so much easier to maintain my boat Thank you, Neptune!
