Denta Clean Reviews (1)
Review: On June 10, 2013 I purchased a bag of Denta Green bones for my rescue dogs. The advertising on the bag states that there are 15 bones per bag. I paid the $8.55 for the bag of 15 bones and left the store. When I arrived home and opened up the bag I noticed that there were not 15 bones as advertised but only 9 bones. I paid for 15 bones not 9. I called Denta Green at the ###-###-#### telephone number that is on the product bag. I spoke with a women by the name of [redacted]. When I told her what had happened she did not seem surprised and had noted that there was a problem. I was told that another bag of the Denta Green bones would be sent out to me, that was on June 10th. I have made more follow up telephone calls to [redacted] and I was told that she would go to the warehouse and have the bones sent out to me it is now July 5, 2013 and I have not received anything other then empty promises from this company. What is so disturbing is that this involves false advertising as the bag clearly shows both on the front of the bag as well as on the back that there are 15 bones per bag. This is not true! The consumer is being shortchanged and yet they are being charged for a full 15 bone bag. At this point in time I would appreciate a full refund of $ 8.55 as I have no faith that this company will ever follow through and make good on their assurance that I would receive another bag of bones. There is no reason to commit false advertising in order to sell a product as most consumers will not make any more purchases from a company that is falsely advertising the contents of its products.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate having the $8.55 returned back to me.
