This place is ridiculous Your Recommendation I will never return to dentacare they are unprofessional canceled on me times in one week saying the surgeon had family emergencies go to get my teeth pulled left shards of teeth and ripped my gum almost into the roof of my mouth didn't stitch me up didn't do much except pain pills that didn't do [redacted] for me took him mins to rip out teeth and over an hour just to see me it was when he finally saw me and rushed because he was leaving at called to speak with him he went on vacation for a week

I have the state insurance and was unable to get in at the clinic that is near where I live unless I showed up there at 6:30amI was referred to this clinic by a friend and was able to get in the same dayThe dentist that I saw was very gentle considering the amount of pain that I was inHe prescribed an antibiotic and set up a time to come in to fix the underlying issueSo far I am pleased with this clinic!

We have tried to address the complaint with the patient but have been unable to contact her via phone.    Let me explain,  patient changed her number from ###-###-#### to ###-###-#### a few days after her last visit on 7/31/14 but we were notified on Sept 15th, 2015
Patient was schedule to come in for extractions on 9/25/14 however her blood pressure was too high and Dentist recommended she takes medications to remedy her condition.
We tried several times to contact her via phone to no avail.

The first time I called for an appointment was the ONLY time I've ever been able to reach a real person(and by now I've tried calling dozens of times, which I'll explain shortly)and my bad experience with them starts there...When I informed the receptionist that I was unfamiliar with the area, she said their office was 'just down the road', I DO NOT consider a 45min drive(AN HOUR AND A HALF TOTAL DRIVE TIME!)to be 'just down the road'! When I arrived for my first appointment I was told(AFTER waiting 30 min PAST my appointment time)that my 6 YEAR OLD would have to wait ALONE in the waiting room with men who were clearly NOT upstanding members of society! I informed them that my leaving her would not only be immoral but ILLEGAL and they unapologetically said that I'd have to reschedule then! The only reason I made another appointment was because I was in considerable pain and the other dentist accepting my insurance wasn't seeing new patients for at least a month. When I came for the 2nd time I was made to wait 45 min past my appointment time before I was finally brought back! The dentist said I needed fillings and a special cleaning that the insurance company would need to o.k. BEFORE they could schedule me. They said the insurance company takes up to 3 weeks to o.k. things and then they would call to schedule me. Four weeks later I left a message asking what the hold up was, after all it wasn't like my pain was on hold for the month I'd been waiting! They did call me back that time and said that they still had not heard from the insurance company but that the dentist wanted me to come get my fillings before any cleanings...so when could I come in? I was beyond upset at this point! They'd told me when I was there that I would need to suffer until the insurance o.k. and now they're telling me I could have had my pain taken care of at any time in the last month! Since I had no other options at that point, I made the appointment for a couple days later. The day before my appointment I received a letter saying the special cleaning was denied. Unfortunately, while on the way to my appointment for the fillings, my car broke down. I immediately called and left a message explaining about the car malfunction and requested they call me back to reschedule. Two days later I left another message asking to reschedule and also explained about the denial letter I'd received and inquired if they would at least be scheduling me for a routine cleaning. Two days after that, I left another message. Then I started calling every day for over a week...I still have not received a call back! I'm still in pain! ALL THESE PEOPLE DID IS WASTE MY TIME AND GAS MONEY!! It's really upsetting to know that if I'd made the appointment with the other dental office 2 months ago, I wouldn't be in this pain now...I wish I had known because I certainly would have done things different but I hope that this will help others to make an informed decision so they don't suffer the way I have thanks to these people.

I will never return to dentacare they are unprofessional canceled on me 2 times in one week saying the surgeon had family emergencies go to get my teeth pulled left shards of teeth and ripped my gum almost into the roof of my mouth didn't stitch me up didn't do much except 12 pain pills that didn't do [redacted] for me took him 10 mins to rip out 5 teeth and over an hour just to see me it was 130 when he finally saw me and rushed because he was leaving at 2 called to speak with him he went on vacation for a week
