Sorry I did not realize that Revdex.com had sent me this e-mail, and that I am just now getting to this responseThis customer had a year old vehicle that had $10,worth of Hail damage on itAfter his entire car was repaired according to the estimate [redacted] provided us he had an issue with a pre-existing inch hair line scratch on the lower part of his quarter panelThe insurance Codid not pay for us to remove all the scrapes and scratchs that a year vehicle has on it they paid for us to repair the Hail Damage which we didAlso the Insurance did not pay to have his entire vehicle re-painted they only paid for the panels that had severe hail damage to get re-painted the rest of the car was done using Paintless Dent Removal because that is what the insurance company paid forHowever because we pride ourselves on customer service we did the best touch up and buff job we could on the scratch for free, of course it did'nt turn out flawless and perfect because that type of repair never does, but it did improve the inch hairline scratchThis was the only thing that was brought to my attention at deliveryThe other tiny things he is speaking of would have taken mins to correct had he givin us the chance before he slammed us on every social media site he couldAfter reading his review on [redacted] I responded to it and told him to either bring the car back to us or find a detail shop to correct the approx $worth of interior corrections I did'nt find out about until I read his [redacted] reviewI told him to have the detail shop contact me and I would mail them a check for the approx $So to put this all in a nutshell what this customer expected us to do is a bunch of free stuff that his Insurance Company did not pay for and just so you can get a feel for how unreasonable a person [redacted] is you need only read his complaint and the part about him insisting that I donate $1,to charity to get a perspective of what kind of person he is [redacted] can re-inspect his car now that it is completed and confirm that we met all of their obligations for the repair to the vehicleThe reason why the conversation became heated between [redacted] and myself is because he was under the impression that he did'nt have to pay the $10,check that [redacted] had issued to Dentagon because of a inch pre-existing hair line scratch that [redacted] did not pay for us to re-pairWe have had a flawless record with the Revdex.com for 17yrsI don't believe this is a Revdex.com issue if [redacted] has such a big problem with us we can get [redacted] involved in all this and they can tell him the car looks great and that we did exactly what they paid us to do

a pre-existing 2 inch hair line scratch on the lower part of his quarter panel. The insurance Co. did not pay for us to remove all the scrapes and scratchs that a 5 year vehicle has on it they paid for us to repair the Hail Damage which we did. We have had a flawless record with the Revdex.com for 17yrs. I don't believe this is a Revdex.com issue if [redacted] has such a big problem with us we can get [redacted] involved in all this and they can tell him the car looks great and that we did exactly what they paid us to do.

1). I do apologize for our conversation becoming heated that was very unprofessional of me to lose my temper. However my (A+) rating was earned over the last 17yrs with 1,000's of satisfied customers and zero complaints, so if [redacted] believes that my rating should change just because of him then he really does think the world of himself. Also I still truly believe that this is not a Revdex.com issue and that the only reason [redacted] has involved the Revdex.com is because he wants to do as much distruction as he can to Dentagon as proven by his numerous reveiws on mulitiple social websites. I have stated before and I will state it again, [redacted] can do a re-inspect on completed repairs of vehicle and explain to [redacted] that Dentagon repaired everything they paid us to repair. 2). I will pay the $344.17 for extra rental car coverage because the car did take longer to fix than the 30 days the Insurance Company paid for. 3). My warranty clearly states that we must be given the opportunity 1st to correct problem before any payments are issued to another shop, however I do consider this to be a special circumstance and I will pay the $131.64). I will pay this $53.50 as well. 5). I will pay this $150 as well. 6). My warranty is Non-Transferable. He can take the car to the dealership and they can adjust the luggage rack and call me with a price quote. 6). The picture of the scratch is not proof of non-pre-existing damage. He is right that I did not show pre-existing damage on Invoice that is because he and I never did an inspection of vehicle exterior  or interior at drop off. Which I now do with all my customers because of [redacted]. We could not have caused the scratch and did not cause the scratch I have been looking at these cars for 17yrs I know exactly what a fresh scratch looks like and what a pre-existing one looks like and his 5yr old vehicle had plenty of stuff on it that had nothing to do with Hail Damage, unless of course he wants to convince me that the car has stayed in showroom condition condition for the last 5 yrs. Anyone one who is reasonable knows that is impossible. So to wrap this all up. I will pay for the things that I said I will pay for, but only if [redacted] gives up this Campaign of Destruction of Dentagon good name. If he removes all of the bad reviews from the mulitiple websites he has posted on. I will gladly pay [redacted] his money.
