First off, the dental implant process itself is never completed over night and that is stated in great detail to the patient at the first consultation. If you contact any dental office, they will let you know that to essentially grow bone, it is going to take some time at minimum several
months to a year Secondly, as with any medical procedure nothing is a "guarantee" for successThere are several factors that play a part to implant success such as patient compliance and over all health. What the patient is not telling you is that not only did we redo the bone graft for free TWICE, but Dr*** had agreed to do it again at NO charge to the patient. Due to HIPPA, we are not at liberty to say much else. I believe that most people would agree that to redo any medical procedure for free at no charge is almost unheard of. I'm unsure as to why anyone would call someone a scam artist if they are trying to fix an unsuccessful surgery with no additional fee to the patient. Ron is right, there will be no refund, as we have used additional bone grafting material, supplies and the surgeons time.
