Review: .We have been dealing with Dental Associates on this bill since the fall of 2013. We have made numerous requests for itemized bills from the office manager [redacted]. On the two most recent accountings, it looks as your office owes us monies. We are not looking for that-we just want this bill to be zeroed out and to no longer receive any correspondence from your office.

At the heart of this matter is a mouth guard that was ordered for my daughter [redacted] in 2013. Your office did not perform any pretreatment review with our insurance carrier, Aetna or let us know what our cost would prior. Your charge was nearly $1000 more the reasonable and customary that Aetna would cover. To make matters worse, when [redacted] went to our new dentist with continued jaw pain, the dentist told us the mouth guard was incorrect and could actually make her condition worse. Our new dentist has now successfully dealt with the issue, at additional cost to us.Desired Settlement: Reduce amount owed to zero
