seriouslyThe patient is concerned about an overcharge for x-rays and exam that the patient received on July 18, In regards to the x-rays, the patient’s insurance covered the cost of each x-ray to the full amountThe balance is coming from a downgrade on the fillings as well as no payment on the examHowever, it is doctor’s philosophy of care that each patient receive an exam in order to provide the best patient care. We attempted several conversations with the patient to explain where the balance was coming from as well as setting up a payment plan to split the balance into two payments, but we never heard back from the patientWe do strive to serve each of our patients with the highest quality of health care experience possible and take pride in committing to each patient’s oral health. We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused during this situation.
