Dental Care of South Jersey

Review: I went to the Dental Care of [redacted] which is apart of the Dental care of south jersey. I had a crown put in;. I gave them all of my insurance information and was told it covers 80% of the crown. I signed for the treatment plan. Over 6 months later I received a bill for about $150.00. I called and was told that was the difference for what the insurance covered. I inquired as to why it wasn't 80% which I had already paid the 20% difference. I was told that a porcelain crown was ordered instead of a semi-porcelain crown. I asked why my insurance was checked and they stated they go off a rate sheet and can't check everyone's insurance. I have requested my records to see what was ordered and was refused until the balance is paid.Desired Settlement: I don't feel that I should be held for the balance my insurance should've been checked and it would've been found out that the insurance covers 80% of the semi precious.
