I will never ever go to this business again They have the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen I had partials made there that were the worst They remade one of them and it is still just as bad as the firstI was there hours to pick up the partials first time because the dentist forgot I was there! I heard him say as much to the hygienist in the next booth She was actually looking at me and thought it was quite amusing No apologies, nothing So, I refuse to go back a third time to see if they will make my partials right!

I have been taking myself and my three young kids to DCOF for the past several years We have been so happy with all the staff we've encountered thereThey are especially sweet and accommodating to my children, even when they've been nervous Our Dental Hygienist could not be more sweet, positive and fun with the kidsEvery Dentist we have seen there has been professional, prompt and very friendly I would 100% recommend DCOF to anyone looking for a great dental practice

I have had $worth of work done at the Dental Center of Florence this weekI have spent days in their chairs, had multiple cavities filled, a crown, my gums are torn up and bleeding, and my jaw feels like hell from roughly being used as a handle to move my head about by the dentistIt is not a handleI told them my jaw hurts badly, and my gums are torn up, and I am in painAll while still under the effects of Novocaine, and they tell me to take Tylenol and refuse to give pain medicineThis is unethical and simply cruelI trusted them to do what was right, and I went there because I was in painI shouldn't be leaving there in pain and without medicine for itAlso, put your damn mask on when working on a patientNo one wants to have you nose breathing into their face

I have had $2300 worth of work done at the Dental Center of Florence this week. I have spent 3 days in their chairs, had multiple cavities filled, a crown, my gums are torn up and bleeding, and my jaw feels like hell from roughly being used as a handle to move my head about by the dentist. It is not a handle. I told them my jaw hurts badly, and my gums are torn up, and I am in pain.
