I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the honesty of the dentist to validate my story, I cannot be held responsible for this billIt is infuriating to me that this dentist office had gained my trust 100% and then when they make an error, they want to hold
me liableI'm not an insurance expert and I have never run into this type of issue before with any other dentist or medical doctorIt didn't even cross my mind to verify what Brandon was telling me, because if he said it, it must be trueI don't believe that my insurance company told Brandon that I was covered to get the work done and then ended up not covering meThat just doesn't make senseI believe either *** made a mistake when verifying my information or he liedIt pains me to think he would of lied because I had so much trust in himSomething is not adding up and for the dentist to just cite their policy of coverage not being guareteed does not work for me in this situationSomething has to be done hereI cannot afford to pay for someone else's mistake.
