Dental Excellence of New York

Review: I received satisfactory dental services on June *, 2011. After necessary insurance adjustment by my insurance provider I was asked to make co-payment of $68.16. I paid that amount with MasterCard. In December 2011 Dental Excellence sent me a bill for $56.40 which read "this balance is for your copayment for your fillings performed on 6.*.11". On Dec **, 2011 I wrote them a letter explaining I had already made the payment and if there were more payments to be made to give me details and I will be happy to pay. They did not respond. On May **, 2013 they sent me the bill again for $56.40 without explaining what the amount due is for.Desired Settlement: Dental Excellence should either 1) Stop sending me the bill for $56.40 or 2) Explain, as requested by me, how this amount becomes due when I already made the copayment of $68.16
