I went to this dentist because I have severe TMJ Disorder, & my mouth guard was old so I needed a new one. He made me an NTI device that did not help, & it gave me a loose tooth. I went back several times due to increased pain/defective devices. I am seeking a refund for the NTI device that was no help to me at all. I emailed a request for a refund, but said email was left unanswered.
After reviewing the records of the patient we do not show a payment of $450 from the patient to the office at Point Loma nor having seeing her "several" times regarding an occlusal appliance. Perhaps she went to another of our 4 locations. We are currently investigating the possibility she might have been to our Clairemont of Santee locations.
I was contacted by the office & was given a refund & full apology.Please close this complaint. --Respectfully
