Dental Fix Rx

Steve came in to look at our statim and autoclave. He said all the statim needed was a new gasket. We had already changed it but he claims that’s what it needed and charged us $660. The very next day? Doesn’t work
He said he would have to take our autoclave with him to assess. He left us with a loaner….that didn’t work. He was to return today with our autoclave and never showed.
Never, ever use this company. I’m out $660 with still a broken statim and I don’t even have my autoclave back

***/Dental Fix Rx is an inexperienced and shady service technician He has done several repairs in my office and sold me few items all of which were way inferior in quality to my original items/equipment he has no business servicing our equipment as his answer to any problem is to sell new item I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with him as it will only cause more aggravation long term Their franchise trains them in days, do you think one can repair our equipment well after day of training?
