Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The dentist wanted to sell me another tooth that the previous dentist at that facility said I should not do. I took the antibiotics and when I returned on June 2nd there was no infection or tenderness. This is an outright lie. Refardless, the tooth of this subject matter was bever completely drilled out and is still unprepared for an impression. My total cost was over 1000 dollars with insurance. My refund should be around $800 dollars and nothing less. This office has wasted several hours of my time as there was no tenderness and the eork should have been completed. The new dentist wanted me to come back in two more weeks to make two impressions instead of one as directed.]
Regards,
[redacted]

On this visit, the dentistadvised [redacted] that tooth # 19 was also in need of a crown due to recurrent decay. The dentist alsoadvised [redacted] that due to the guarded prognosis on tooth #18, there was slight mobility and wasexplained the risks, benefits and alternatives to having a crown done. Patient signed a release of liability toproceed with the restoration of#18 crown despite the prognosis. Patient agreed and consented to proceedwith Lava crowns on teeth #18 and #19.
