Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the letter mentioned in their response to you discussed a letter they sent to meThat letter essentially rejected any attempt to reconcile the complaints They will not adjust billing, nor help on any additional services as was brought up by Sylvia on the phone call from them The specialty services are included in our coverage, but as I was told on the phone - that is only if the General Dentist in their network is able to perform those services External referrals are not covered However, none of the general dentists available in my area (Bright Dental and Aspen Dental) have the ability to do this procedures, so they always do external referrals....which then are not covered I consider that the definition of bait and switch I've responded directly to Sylvia in regards to the letter they mailed me and informed them that a complaint with the State of Oregon's Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (the governing body of insurance companies for the state) will be my next step I do not accept their response as satisfactory If Revdex.com is unable to do anything further I will simply keep going through the above steps I mentioned Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Your spouse was not part of our conversations, and only passed through the area for a very brief moment, while visiting with a friend on the outside patio.  I said there would be no charge for the off-site portion of the data recovery attempt, if we didn't recover any data.  In spite...

spending several hours trying to recover the data, there was no charge for that.  The only charge was for the on-site trip to analyze the situation and pickup the drive, and that was reduced by 50%, as our normal on-site minimum is 1 hour.  Forty-five minutes was spent at their location, reviewing the error messages, and removing the hard drive.  The drive was connected to a USB dongle and an attempt was made to read the drive, which was unsuccessful. Removing the drive required significant dis-assembly of the laptop, with numerous screws, which is unusual for a [redacted].  The drive was taken off-site to be connected to forensic lab computers, where numerous attempts were made to read the drive, using several hardware and software tools.Don't worry, the invoice will be written off.  We should know better than trying to help cheap home users.This is the first and only complaint filed in 30+ years.
