The student attended the classes and received her certificate of completion and earned eligibility to take the DANB/RHS exam. She received training in software, radiology, CPR and received observation days in dental offices, just like the other students in the classShe never voiced a
complaint or talked with me about any issues regarding the training she was receiving (or believed she was not receiving). In the years of operation I have never had a student drop out due to the fact that they were unhappy with the trainingWith that being said, Dental Office Training by Lynn has never had a complaint about the training we provide I’ve helped hundreds of women and men of all ages gain employment in the dental professionThis complaint seems to be implied by a 3rd party person. I am happy to discuss the situation with the actual party involved. After attempts to contact her, I have had no response. My efforts to address the complaint with the student has been prevented the by the interference of a 3rd party. So therefore, these 3rd party allegations are being exacerbated in situation that could be easily addressed with the student directly
