I will issue the credit on MondayI do apologize for thiswe are a small family owned business and I have been in the hospital for a several weeks, then after I got out of the hospital I was notified my brother was shot and killed and was out of the office, dealing with this family tragedy

I am rejecting this response because: The company responded back on Feb18, to previous Complaint ID *** that credit would be issued on Monday but no credit has posted or showing pending (on my credit card used to make the purchase) at this time on Feb24, I would like to know if you could follwith the company regarding the status of the refund.Thank you

We have issued a full refund back to the customers paypal account. Items were out of stock and still waiting on them, so we went ahead and issued full refund.
