Hello this in regard to file # [redacted] I went to Aspen Dental in [redacted] [redacted] to have a upper partial denture replaced' The old ones got destroyed By a Dog I called the closet one to me to make appointmentl # listed and ended up in headquarters in Homestead PaThey said I had to go to the one in Cranberry further out of my way I spoke to them an made appointment I believe three days later I had to find rides for the twenty some miles each way four days in a five day period The end result was a crooked set of upper teethI never saw them until they were placed in my mouthAfter glancing in the hand mirror I noticed that they were crooked but did not say any thinking that they did not place them rightAfter a few days of talking to an asking Friends myself and everybody else agreed that they were crooked I called to tell them about my issue an got Homestead headquarters again and they wanted to set me up in another location againI told them that I did not want another appointment but I wanted to show them the fit and wan
