I am writing in response to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. Because I do not feel comfortable with the [redacted] agreement that was sent, and this complaint involves confidential healthcare related issues, I can not respond in any detail as doing so may violate patient privacy laws....
Therefore, a more detailed response letter will be sent directly to the patient.From January through May of 2015, our office has made numerous attempts to contact thepatient but was unsuccessful. Therefore, we were unable to resolve this issue with her directly. I am a [redacted] member and as such, Ms. [redacted] may be able to contact them directly to request a peer review to potentially address this situation. As a [redacted] member, I am obligated to comply with the findings of the peer review committee.Ms. [redacted] can initiate a peer review by contacting my local [redacted] society at [redacted].
