I hired Gentle Movers to move me on Thursday, 10/12/at AM I also needed them to thrown out furniture because the apartment I was moving from had been flooded times I scheduled this move on 9/29/and informed *** up front about the flood damaged furniture and the help I needed to pack, as well as how important it was for me to move as early as possibleHe assured me that this would not be a problemWhen I asked him for an itemized lists of how much things would cost,

On the day of the scheduled move, *** called me and told me he would not be able to move me until 1:PM rather then 9:AM They did not arrive until 1:PM This caused problems from some of the neighbors who were harassing the movers as they moved my belongingsI had to call the police to make sure the neighbors stoppedAll of this could have been avoided had they came at the time we scheduled
