I NEWER RECEIVED OTHER ITEM FROM Dental Pro At HOME, only the small sample what I paid $+$3.87I want my money REFUND BACK TO MY ACCOUNT WHAT WAS TAKEN OUT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL as "OTHER SERVICE" it was NO OTHER ITEM SENT TO ME.10/14/$and 9/15/$TOTAL $199.53This is a FRAUD and NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!I was told when I called the number sent to me on 10/28/Send back the small sample and they will REFUND my TOTAL payment $back to my account.I will mailed back on 10/29/to the address they give me: 10-182-Commercial Way Unit:E HANDERSON, NV[redacted] Handerson, NV

Nothing in the complaint is true. The bride was not there for the setup. When she arrived for the ceremony she was woefully inebriated. She wobbled down the aisle to begin the nuptials and then proceeded to the venue back porch and vomited over the side. As to the dessert and food issues: First of...

all the guest are in charge of their desserts. My staff and I do not handle or touch any desserts for the exact reasons she says transpired. As for the buffet, the food was put out on time and left out for two hours as is our custom here. The bride wanted to take all the leftovers home which is not our policy or the policy of our insurance company to protect against food poisoning liability. All leftovers are disposed of immediately during clean up. The real issue here is that the bride tried to skip out with out paying. She said she forgot her checkbook and would come by the next day to settle up. This of course was unacceptable so she had no choice but to open her wedding envelopes and pay in cash which at first she refused to do. She changed her mind after the police arrived. I can also send the Revdex.com numerous thank you notes we have received over the last 14 years in business. I would also like to inform you we have a wedding scheduled here every Saturday from this weekend until the last weekend in October. If you would like to discuss any of this feel free to call. Mrs. [redacted], We recently received your complaint #[redacted] from the Revdex.com regarding your Dental Pro at Home account. According to our records, we received your order on September 6, 2016. The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you...

were to have a 8 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.  They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $94.31 eight days from the date of your order processing for the product.”     These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.   When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.   Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $94.31 on September 14, 2016 and received one additional shipment at the same cost.   The first time we heard from you regarding the cancelation of your account was on October 26,2016  when you canceled your account via email.   Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.   Thank you,    Dental Pro at Home Customer Service Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week  ###-###-#### (US Only)
