Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint and that DENTAL SEO POSTED A VERY inaccurate account of what actually happened . For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Dental Seo's contract states that they will place you on a ranking hold after months if you do not appear on ***'s first page for keywordsAnd that you will receive monthly ranking reportsAfter months, we noticed that they did not do this, and that they even charged us at month They violated their own contract and stated that they did not have the passwords to our webpage, when in fact they did but they were putting it in incorrectlyThey had several stories about why they didn't get us on the first page of ***When their employee *** was asked he stated that
They didn't have the right password for the webpage, however we have documentation specifically, an email that this is not true, and we have an email which shows we gave them the exact and correct password in a timely manner They stated that they were working on our website changes first before they started the optimization, we asked them to make some minor minute changes on our website and they manually screwed up our entire webpage, putting in material that was not supposed to be there and rearranging photos and text mixing everything upWhen we advised them of this they took their sweet time ( several months) to fix this, damaging our webpages ability to attract patients and therefore causing a decrease in business from the general publicAdditionally although they charged us for months of never getting the webpage on the first page of ***, they never provided any ranking reports which they stated they were supposed to provide monthlyWe have photos of an empty ranking report page with not a "stitch" on itWhen they were asked they stated that if there was not much to report then they don't write oneMONTHS and not one monthly report!! We have been calling them constantly and asked them to place us on a ranking hold as of the months honoring their contract but they refuseSo we called AMex and submitted all of the evidence to them and dates in pointThey have not responded to Amex as yet as far as I know after we submitted more evidence showing exactly what happenedAs an ADA member, we will be advising the Am***an Dental Association, the New York County Dental association and NYSDA regarding their refusal to honor their contractIt is necessary to warn all dentists and dental practices of this company before many more of us fall preyDEntal Seo writes an inaccurate version of what happened and should be liable for their inaccurate account as well, making themselves to be the victim when I am certain that there are many more examples of this which have occurredDENTAL SEO IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THE SUPERUSER ACCESS AS YOU CLAIM AND COULD NOT ACCESS THE WEBPAGE AND THEREFORE COULD NOT DO ANY WORK TO OPTIMIZE THE WEBPAGE WHY THEN DID YOU CHARGE US FOR WORK WHICH YOU COULD NOT PERFORM?
It should be very easy to see that this company is bullying clients and not honoring their contract hereWe request that you void this contract as you violated the terms of your own contractWe are happy to settle this case by paying you $for all the website changes we requested but no longer wish to use your services due to violation of contract terms and the fact that you did no optimizationIf you show no attempts on your part to resolve this we will have no alternative but to seek any other remedies available to us.

April 16,2015[redacted]Revdex.com[redacted]Re: Complaint ID #: [redacted]
Dear [redacted]:Please note we have received the inquiry regarding Complaint lD [redacted] and are issuing this rebuttal. We understandthat this rebuttal...

will be made public and are grateful for the chance to respond as we take our customer service and thequality of our services very seriously. In this inquiry, Dental SEO Sites was informed that the client felt they had been scammed andthat we did not honor our terms of service as expected from our company, Dental SEO Sites. This is in no way factual and assuch our rebuttal follows: _// begin rebuttalWe are sorry to hear that you feel you did not receive the services you expected as represented by our company. As per the contractthat you electronically signed and the Welcome email that you approved along with the welcome/compliance phone call you hadwith our marketing support team to review your account setup, fees and terms and conditions. Billing on your account began onOctober 28, 2014 at which time you had contracted us to provide you with the Premium Package at a rate of $699.00 per month, which you paid only until February 28, 2015 where at which point you issued a chargeback with [redacted] for ALLpayments. This was before any attempt to formally request a refund or pre-mature cancellation.
Our terms specifically stated that "The 120 day client commitment is completely dependent on the following: 1.) ALL monthlypayments must be made by the Customer 2.) FTP or sufficient onsite access for website optimization must being given to Local SEOSites by the Customer"
We could not honor the first page ranking guarantee because we were not provided sufficient access to make edits and updates toyour website until February 7th when you admittedly sent your "super user" log in credentials to the support department.
This would mean that less than a month after you provided the appropriate access to your website you issued chargebacks with yourcredit card for ALL payments, when in fact we should have had a full 120 days to get you ranking on the first page of [redacted] andeven then a refund wouldn't be warranted, our terms state you would be put on a billing HOLD and all services would remain activeuntil we were able to successfully get you on the first page of [redacted].
Since October of 2014 you received a full deployment of search engine optimization, structured data implementation, manual HTMLcoding, software programming, unique blog content, article submissions, social media posts, local directory listings and more. All ofthis work would have allowed Dental SEO Sites to fulfill the website ranking commitment described supra.
By submitting these chargebacks and this complaint you are taking all of our services, all of the content we provided and the firstpage placement which you now currently have on the first page of [redacted] for search terms like "park avenue dentists" "cosmeticdentists on park avenue" but you are not willing to complete the payment installment agreement or even pay for the time in whichwe have serviced you. With any development, design and production it is ishould be a reasonable amount of time spentcommunicating back and forth so that the cardholders ultimate satisfaction is achieved.
Please Dr. [redacted] we respectfully request that you please return these payments to us and rescind this complaint. We wish youonly the best and if there is anything we can do to work this out we want to make ourselves available for that as ' well. Yoursatisfaction is our utmost and top concern but please understand that with any development, design or production there should be areasonable amount oftime spent communicating back and forth so that your ultimate satisfaction is achieved.
I hope you consider this and I appreciate your time thank you very much and best regards,

Re: Complaint ID# [redacted]
Good Afternoon [redacted],Thank you for updating our records with regards to this complaint and if the customer feels that our original response isnot sufficient to resolve the matter we ask that they contact us directly for the most expedient resolution at[redacted]. Dental SEO Sites will accept the offer Dr. [redacted] and [redacted] have made. We will cancel thecontract early without penalty and without assessing any early termination fee. Additionally, we will accept the finalpayment of $500.00 to complete a mutually agreed upon, reasonable scope of work for the requested customization ofthe website. Please note that some of the requests were in progress before these events occurred, may have beenpartially completed or have already been worked on. Payment can be submitted via check, cash or direct deposit. Creditcards are no longer an acceptable form of payment due to excessive amount of chargeback and merchant processordispute inquiries already processed by the Dr. [redacted] and her staff.
The position of Dental SEO Sites is always to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. We look forwardto continuing to work together with Dr. [redacted] to help achieve the ultimate goals of her dental practice.
With regards to the structure of payment installments set within our terms of services policy, we simply divide the totalcost of the service over the service period, In this case 12 months. Dental SEO Sites does this to provide acomprehensive payment plan that allows more affordable access to PREMIUM search engine optimization, webdevelopment, custom programming, HTML, Joomla coding, custom content writing and other online marketing services. This means that our customers can enjoy the benefits of having expert professionals in technology satisfy the needs oftheir business without the burden of taking on new staff or dramatically increasing overhead costs. However, the totalsum of payment installments is due regardless of the time frame in which they occur because the costs of the programremain the same as originally described in the contract.
If Dental SEO Sites desires to provide an extended period of time to pay or a HOLD billing period contingent on specificperformance it doesn't mean that the entire balance of payment installments is discounted or decreased. All12payments of $699.00 would have still been due it is just the timeframe in which they occur that appears to be the issue.Whether it be 12 months or 13 months or 14 months is not the sole priority of our company. Our goal is to provide thefull service we promised and if it ends up taking longer than 12 months it is considered "ok" since we are still willing tohonor our commitment to service.
Thank you for your time Dr. [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] of the Revdex.com. We look forward to a swiftresolution and to move forward from this in the most positive way.
Best Regards,[redacted]  Director of Support and Client ServicesDental SEQ Sites - [redacted]
