Aspen Dental branded practice owned and operated by ASPEN DENTAL OF ERIE, LI.C. I certainly do apologize for any inconvenience.I have received your complaint filed with the Revdex.com. To whom it may concern:In response to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted], the Erie, PA Aspen Dental Office Manager, Mike spoke with her on Friday May 5th.  The balance in question has been removed.  Ms. [redacted]'s Aspen Dental account now reflects a zero balance due (see attached account...

Review: I needed a procedure and Aspen said "Let's see if we can get you financed". I was approved, but I after I got home, I decided to have this bill added to I medical card that I already have so that I wouldn't have another charge card to pay. A month before I had my appointment, I received a bill in the mail form Dental First wanting my first payment (complete with interest). I called them and told them I would not pay for dental work that hadn't happened yet. After I got 1 of the procedures done, I asked afterwards to have them cancel the amount on Dental First and to put it on my other card which they also accepted. I was told they could not change this even though I asked directly after getting the dental work done. I was given no choice and asked that they issue a refund for the work that had not been done. I then received another bill a few days after the dental work and they wanted 2 payments and a late fee. I called and sent a letter to Aspen asking them to submit my refund. I told them Dental First said to refund the full amount and then bill me for the work that had been done in order to remove the late fees. Two weeks later, a refund was issued only for the work I hadn't received, so the extra interest and late fees are still showing up. I am also waiting for an itemized list of the work that I had done so I can keep this with my records.Desired Settlement: Preferably, I do not want to deal with Dental First and I should have been able to make this adjustment on the day of the dental work. I will not pay interest, payments and late fees on dental work that had not even been started. I also want an itemized list of the work that I had done.
