Dental Solutions Reviews (4)

August 4, 2016Hello,This letter is in regards to patient [redacted] . It has been brought to our attention that [redacted] had received services from Dental Solutions, of Cedarbrook located at [redacted] ***, Wyncote, PA ***. He received SCRP ADA codes [redacted] in 4 Separate parts of him... upper right quadrant tooth#3, upper left quadrant tooth# 14, lower right quadrant tooth#30, lower left quadrant tooth # 19. The Services rendered were correct for the patient. However, the services that the patient received were correct and documented properly. The hygienist that rendered the patient [redacted] the hygienic treatment informed that patient that he needed special treatment on the teeth #3,14, 19 & 30 due to Some perio issues. The patient complied with the services. So, the claim was sent to [redacted] *** insurance Company and they Cover the dental treatment rendered at 50% for the patient, and 50% from the dental insurance company.Secondly, the confusion had arisen from a third-party vendor that we use to apply insurance payments to the patients accounts. But, in this instance the patient received and ADJ ON INS agreement code to his account for $236.00 that had been posted incorrectly. The patient had called to the office and made a customer complaint regarding the balance, the patient was informed that the balance has to be looked into further. The patient became irate and begin to make fowl threats stating that if we try to put this into Collections, then he will call the attorney general. Then [redacted] was informed that this is not how you talk to people. He stated "I don't care about that you better get rid of this bill or else".Finally, 2 days after the conversation with the patient [redacted] , we received the complaint from BBB, and this process began. I called the Collections Specialist that looks into patients account to have her look at the account and have it properly allocated and she stated that the amount posted to the patient's account was not correct. So the CS wrote off the balance and the patient's balance went to zero. I then called the patient and informed the patient of the resolution to his account and he was pleased. If you need any further assistance in this matter. Please do not hesitate to call us regarding this situation. Have a great day.Thank you, Wanda G. Office Manager

I have been searching and searching for replacement dentures for my mother for a long time. She has health issues that prevented us from going clear across town for appointments. I found Denture Solutions, checked the Revdex.com site to see their A+ rating, and decided this is the place I should call. I called Denture Solutions ahead of time to see what the process entailed. Susan gave me the details of the three step process, the price, and set up my mom's first appointment. The office personnel are extremely helpful and friendly at every visit. All of our appointments (just three) were right on schedule, no waiting. Shawn was extremely patient and gentle with my mom. On the final day that we went to pick up my mom's new dentures, there was some minor tweaking that needed to be done for her dentures to be perfect. Shawn did the adjustments right then and there, no future appointments. I can not believe that there is actually a company out there that does exactly as they say. Thank you so much~!!!!
