I went to Dental Walk In Clinic of Tampa Bay in a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth that broke. My primary dentist was closed over the weekend and I needed to be seen as soon as possible. The were very kind and gentle with me and even called to check on me later that evening. I totally recommend them to anyone needing a dentist for an emergency or are looking for a primary dentist. They are far from me but so worth the drive. Thank you to everyone on staff that day for your kindness!
I must say, the staff here was excellent. It is surely no fun having a tooth extracted, but the treatment by the dental assistant was superb. The dentist was equally talented, both in his demeanor and his skill. Together, they made my experience as good as could possibly be expected. I would recommend this place to anyone. A+++
This place is awesome and the staff is great. Heather was very helpful and explained the whole process of the producer to me in detail that I was getting done. I would definitely recommend this place.
Very disappointed in the way they did things. They give a quote for a extraction of $85.00 to start ok well it is a basic extraction no pain, no infection so I figure if it goes up it wont be much. WRONG!!!!! They did the xray and dentist comes in and agrees the tooth needs to come out and does not act like it is anything other then what I thought a basic extraction. Dentist leaves and says she will do the qoute and it comes back at $190.00 no explanation other then it was $85.00 to start. No it is $85.00 to get you in the door and then charge over double. This is a con tactic if you want my opinion they tell what you want to here then trap you. Because if you don't go ahead with the extraction they charge you $95.00 for xray and console with dentist.... Also let me add how while I was waiting for dentist and could here her talking to another patient who had infection and lots of pain telling her how she will give her antibiotics and pain medicine but she cant give her quote on the extraction because if a different dentist is in the office she cant say what they will charge for the extraction. I will say the place is clean and everyone was nice till I got upset about the deception tactics they used to get you into the office. I will never recommend anyone to visit a place with such low morals!!!!!
