The refund check was issued and mailed 1/27/14, we do apologize for the delay, however when we tried to refund patients Credit Card, we were unable to do so being that particular account was closed. For our company to process a refund via check it has to go thru the Home Office, this process
can take up to 7-days. But again, the check was mailed to the patient 1/27/14. Thank you
