Dentalworks of Clearwater

I lost one tooth and received root canal on another two teeth following dental filing procedure done in this dental clinic. After dental filings were done on my left teeth (#12, #13 and #20) on July 25th, 2017, those fillings started to bother me with much pain. Sometime I had to take Diclofenac sod dr to relieve pain. I went back several time in August and September. The same dentist tried to reduce teeth's sensitivity with medications and fixed the dental fillings because of some problems with the original procedures. None of those attempts worked.
Because the pain got much worse to a degree that I could not tolerate any more, I saw another dentist in this clinic twice in September. This dentist had to remove tooth #20 because it got loose and also referred me to see an Endodontist. The endodontist found the large dental fillings on teeth #12 and #13 in contact with nerves and performed root canal on both teeth on October 6th.
I went back to DentalWorks Clearwater to get dental crowns for teeth #12 and #13 following the root canal in November 16th and December 1st. However, the crown on #12 was not done appropriately and needs to be re-done.
I had to get a dental implant at #20 due to the lost tooth in January 2018. A new crown will also be needed in the near future.
I also want to mention another episode which gave me unpleasant experience in this clinic. I was originally scheduled to do dental fillings on July 18th, 2017. However, after local anesthesia was done at my left upper and lower jaws, I was told that the procedure couldn't be performed because the “pump" was broken. So, I was dismissed with numb mouth without any treatments being done.
Although I haven't been back to this clinic since last December, I received a bill of $321 in January 2018. Again, I received another bill of $352 last month. It showed that I received some credits recently, but the payment amount went up. The billing statements are unclear and very confusing.
