I am rejecting this response because: The current subscription (which was attached by the business) was handled and paid for by my husband dealing directly with [redacted] According to [redacted] ( [redacted] , Agent #***, Subscriber Services is not an authorized agent for [redacted] and the current subscription was not paid for as an Agent order Also, I paid for a year subscription through Subscriber Services I did not receive a year subscription My husband paid for a one year subscription in September (directly with SI) and paid for another one year subscription in April (directly with **) so that is why he has a September end date, which is on the attachment We have not received anything from Subscriber Services pertaining to our [redacted] subscription
