Dentist.net is great when you get what you ordered. But if you don't, customer service is none existent. Email is the only way to communicate with them, which goes unanswered. If he doesn't have what you ordered, he'll ship you something else. Try to return it is an impossibility since you need an RMA number to return it and the only way to request a RMA number is by sending him an email, which goes unanswered.

Dear Revdex.com,We offer multiple options to purchase different amounts of brush heads on this item. We offer a 1 pack for $9.99, a 3 pack for $24.99 and an 8 pack for $49.99.  This can be viewed on our website...

The customer can view the different images and then select the desired amount of brush heads per pack with a drop down (showing price and brush head amount). This customer confused the 1 pack price with the 8 pack image and selected the 1 pack for purchase. Their invoice as well as their order confirmation email clearly states the products variant as 1 PACK. We're very sorry for the confusion with the particular customer but we have hundreds of other customer who successfully purchase different amount of brush heads with no problems.Included is a copy of our correspondence with the customer. We've explained the multiple options for the brush head and the price difference. Attached is a copy of the customers invoice, we've highlighted the 1 pack variant description. The customer has requested to return the product for a refund and we will authorize that return.  Thank you,[redacted] Dentist.net

Review: I had ordered replacement toothbrush heads and received a confirmation for the order on Nov. 9. We have already corresponded with and issued this customer a full refund. The refund was issued on 12/2/13. We we're only notified of the lost shipment on Friday 11/29/13. We settled the refund on the next business day 12/2. The customer issued this complaint after receiving a full refund. See detailed correspondence below. We received no calls or voice mail messages from this customer.

We feel this is an unfair complaint and an unfortunate situation that the package was mis-shipped. It was an error on our part and we settled the situation as quickly as we could.

Review: I placed an order No;- [redacted] on 3/2/2015 for item number :- [redacted] the Oral-B Floss Action Replacement Brush Heads. The item description showed that I will be getting 8 brush heads.

When I received the item and there was only one brush head in the package. I have attached the copy of the Invoice.

I contacted the customer service and received the reply that I purchased only one brush head. I feel like there is a deliberate attempt by Denstist.net to misguide the people into busing the brush head. The way the item is described on their website is misguiding.Desired Settlement: They either send me the eight brush heads or refund my money including shipping ($14.99).

Review: I ordered the Squiggle toothpaste (3) for their noted lack of chemicals from Dentist.net on line. I opened a tube and it smelled just as strong as the ones in the stores, and am concerned that their was no seal.I requested a return label for a return for all three unused tubes ( one boxed opened but had no seal either) and they want to me ship them personally and only get a refund for the unopened. It would cost be twice the amount to ship and with the unopened criteria would estimate at about $22.00 where I paid for the original shipment of $5.95 and three tubes at$7.52 each. It would not be justifiable for me to carry the costs where for a unsatisfied product return.Desired Settlement: $28.57 3 tubes and shipment.
