The problem was made known to Mr [redacted] DDS within days after delivery of partials I only contacted Dentistry by Design occasionally because I assumed we had a good faith relationship as I was told they would contact me with a solutionA solution was coming with every follow up telephone call I find it hard to believe Mr [redacted] DDS want to become a permanent file posted on the Rip Off Report I want to believe that if Mr [redacted] DDS would consider the horror able injustice of his actions upon the trust of a disable veteran and customer desperate for a set of partials without toxic adhesive odor, and the fact that I have only requested a refund for 1/the amount paid for his toxic partials in spite of his misplaced promises of quality, I am surprised he hadn't refund the entire $3,800.00? Considering all the pain and suffering I endured just being in the offices of Dentistry by Design due to my Multi Chemical Sensitivity issues, I am willing to settle for a Cashier's check in the amount of $1,made payable to and received by [redacted] on or before December 6,

The problem was made known to Mr. [redacted] DDS within 7 days after delivery of partials.
I only contacted Dentistry by Design occasionally because I assumed we had a good faith relationship as I was told they would contact me with a solution. A solution was coming with every follow up telephone call.
