We rendered services on this patient and the patient knew that they would be subject to a deductible / co-insurance with their insurance carrier upon receipt of servicesOut of convenience for the patient, we allowed an interest free payment plan of $per month (on a $2,balance)The
patient agreed to start paying $100/ month beginning January 2016, stating that she would be returning to work, hence being able to pay more towards her outstanding billSince the patient was not abiding by her new payment plan agreement, she received a final letter asking her to pay her new rate of $100/monthAny patient that does not abide by their payment plan is subject to a “final notice”

patient agreed to start paying $100/ month beginning January 2016, stating that she would be returning to work, hence being able to pay more towards her outstanding bill. Since the patient was not abiding by her new payment plan agreement, she received a final letter asking her to pay her new rate of $100/month. Any patient that does not abide by their payment plan is subject to a “final notice”.

I want to see that in writing, where I stated I would pay 100.00.  The insane amount of lies they state would be humorous if not so appalling.I have a January 2016 statement that shows my monthly due as $50.00.  I also have a print out of the online service that dented my payment,  stating I was 120 days, 6 months, late. Seriously?  They are miserable to deal with as well. My "services" were emergency life saving surgery. I had asked the hospital about insurance coverage. They claimed ot was fine as it was all life saving. When I mentioned this to [redacted] back in June of 2015, she laughed at me.
