I am rejecting this response because: We had requested a written apology for this marketing stunt. This letter offers no apology whatsoever, and actually seems to imply that this shipment and "upgrade to a Performance Vision Center" was something we wanted or
desired. Further, my most critical complaint is that Liberty did not mark this shipment as "on approval" or "for your consideration," but they had CLEARLY marked the invoice billing terms as NET DAYS, and it was on our statement ALREADY ON THE DAY WE RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT.
