The impression kit came fast, with clear instructions, and was easy to use and send in. Waiting for the dentures was the hard part. When they arrived, the upper palate weirdly curved toward the tongue, not the roof, and the lower had this huge extra bit of material on it. I emailed the company, told them what was wrong, and included pictures. They were very responsive and took my feedback and correction requests, and sent a new set with corrections.
They still were not right, so I emailed again and included pictures. It took them four tries, which is why it's not a 5-star review, but they did keep trying and finally sent a set that fit. The upper fits so well that it makes a vacuum, so it doesn't need adhesive! The lower works with just a re-liner kit I got at a local store. Some people would have gotten upset that it took four tries over almost 3 months, but there are still four months to go before my dentist can do the permanent ones. Now Thanksgiving dinner won't have to be made with a blender!
I ordered the premium denture for $469. I did the impressions, returned them, and then I received a wax trying. The fit was horrific, looked like horse teeth. Returned and indicated the issues.
Then I received another wax try in...slightly better but still looked ridiculous. I advised them of the issues and called the 800 number to try and speak with someone to possibly explain better than I could through snail mail. They indicated the final product should fit better and sent the denture...wrong it was bad fitting. So I returned it, they sent new impressions and a wax try in...this time a little better again but still kind of missing the mark.
I indicated the issuers and returned. Then they sent me the original denture modified but super long and worse than the first! I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund. They said sorry your outside of your 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
I said what?!?! I never had any product from you people more than 24hrs. I sent the items back immediately for the next steps...and when you sent the final denture I immediately sent back...not my fault the whole process took months! I finally said I am going to write reviews everywhere I can about this sham...magically they said...
return the denture and the billing department will most likely approve a refund. So like I said previously I immediately returned the denture...its been 4 weeks and no refund. So now I have no product and Im out the money as well. I encourage everyone to avoid this company for their business practices.
They do not keep their word and you could potentially receive and inferior product or be out of your money all together. Also they use an answering type service...at no time when you call can you speak with someone that knows anything about their process of denture making.
They simply take messages and say to email. Customer service is horrible.
Avoid at all costs and tell others!
In Oct 2019 I ordered a flexible partial from Dentkit. I sent in the set of impressions from the kit they sent. I didn't hear from them and in December I asked Discover card to dispute the charge. I ask Dentkit to refund my money because they have keep saying Ineed neew impressions. Their webpage says theygive refunds but everytime I ask they say refunds are not available at this time. I have waited since Oct 2019 and just want az refund of my money.
We do offer refunds to our finished products within 30-days and cancellations within 2 days of product purchase date. If we have spent resources and merchandise on a case a refund will not granted. The customer should email us at our official email to get tips on how to better successfully take there impressions:

Our refund policy states that a customer can receive a refund for our finished smiles within 30-days no questions asked. Also you can cancel an order within 2 business days, in this case the customer used a lot of our material in obtaining impressions, thus using merchandise that can not be reused. Afterwards, opening a case with there credit card company to dispute the transaction which was eventually resolved in our favor. Now, after all that we have been communicating with them professionally(although from the emails I see a lot of abuse from Gary) and have stated repeatedly that we are willing to keep creating there smile. I recommend for this customer to get in contact and let us know they need more material so we can get this case back on track and completed.
