[redacted] received the full amount of the refund he was owed He was very rude and was demanding that an employee that is not authorized to sign checks give him a check right awayWhen she explained that she could not do so he became aggressive and threatening He then sent threatening text messages to the owner Sometimes repairs take longer than expected and that is unfortunate but it is also unfortunate that people are able to use social media to try to smear a company that is good standing by having friends and family review based on an experience that was not theirs specifically strictly to destroy a business's rating [redacted] had been to our shop for prior repairs and was so pleased with the price and service that he left a wonderful review and then he returned and this time, sadly enough, was not so pleasedI am also disappointed that he was not happy and I believed that the situation was settled when we parted ways as he agreed to not post or complain any further DentNation strives to have each and every customer leave happy with both the service and quality of work

We brought her car in for repair because she was involved in an accidentOriginally she came to us and we gave her an estimate and the insurance company gave us the checkShe didn't have the money on her own to rent the car and she was waiting because the insurance company was going to reimburse her for the rentalFrom there we had some scheduling issuesAt that time she wanted her money back and came to pick it up, but we made a deal to give her a portion of her money back and we fixed her vehicleOverall the situation is resolved and [redacted] is happy with the work

We knocked $1,off his claim, painted his spoiler and his wheels for free He took his car to a place down the street who charged $for two windows, which is extremely overpriced for this work We probably did about $2,worth of free stuff for him I'm willing to give him his $to make him happy and make this done and over with He may come pick it up at the shop

These people don't deserve a A rating with Revdex.com my bumper isn't even tightened correctlyThis place was a nightmare and tried to extort my own insurance funds from me which I let Greco know as wellThey threatened to keep my refund unless I took down the reviewsI'm not accepting anything other than this business getting a lower rating because this was an absolute nightmare including the owner threatening me personally in voicemails.

The part was not damaged by the businessWe have cameras to prove itWe checked and the part is no longer madeHowever, we can find a used part and will replace it.
