If you look at previous documents we had in the past included about [redacted] and how he had treated other client through text messages you may see why we had to have terminating conversations with him All clients are to treat one another with respect and not slander or harass them A client (lets call her Cindy) was very uncomfortable with the things [redacted] had texted her, and they were quite off colored as she screen-shotted with her cellphone forwarded them to us in a e-mail We are here to help our members in a safe and non treating environment of which to meet quality people [redacted] has proven to be on the loose cannon side of things if he does not get the intimidate satisfaction he wants from a woman We just can not have this behavior We also had many talks in which he yelled or was threatening to us as well If we need to send over more proof we can If [redacted] could treat everyone kind this would work wonders for him I have not a doubt We would really like to help him in his quest if he can be kind to all

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:SJ Matchmakers is responding as I expected and that's how they deal with their clients Conform, don't raise issues, (even though they attempt to match you with whomever they have available, not those that fit your "wish list,") otherwise they blow you off, make accusations, cut you short during conversations and not allow you even to express your concerns I've invested $8000+ in this so called membership but I've been threatened to have my membership revoked and lose my fee more than once They don't live up to what their agreement states and there are also very high pressure sales at the upfront part of the interview phase I was in a closed small room and told that if I didn't pay within hours the entire fee, they'd not give me another chance to join up They called the next day in fact to make sure I paid by a credit card the entire amount Bottom line is they don't deliver on anything promised in the agreement and it's THEIR way or the highway and they treat you like you're lucky to be dealing with them I've not heard from them in years straight and just recently got an email about a potential date for someone older than me as starters even though I specifically stated many a time that I didn't want to go out with someone older It's take it or leave it and if you leave it, you won't hear from them for a prolonged period of time It's a major rip-off and anyone that deals with this company or "offshoots" of SJ Matchmakers (since they go by other names too), is making a big mistake I've given my email address or cell phone for anyone to contact me before they pay for this membership and I'll provide it again I'm a [redacted] and in practice x years with a very successful practice and never had such an experience in my life with people from this Co Don't make the same mistake that I made is my strong advice Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: I admit to filing a claim under a different name because I was concerned about web exposureWith that being said a have only met with one man in December of SJMM has contacted me and I have declined at least men because they did not meet my previously established criteria and the referral previous to 6/never responded to my text message and I emailed SJMM about the no response.The only date was with Tim in December of 2014, as evidenced by my one and only encounterI understand the contract and that is my mistake in judgment and paying this amountI do want the compliant REPORTED to protect others from signing this contractThis service promised me referrals and to date I have had one date, since NovemberMy recent referral and I are trying to make contact but it has not happened so far This service has been a let down to say the least, a lot of money without much successSo I am disputing matches as they say and only one has occurredSJMM please change your information on matches and change to one matchIf SJMM was so concerned about their client, won't they have contacted me personally

time. He understood once you change a profile you agreed on there may be more time involved in which to find a very particular look in which he wantedThe other situation we feel needs to be brought to the light here is the regards in which he speaks to our women. The rude remarks will not be tolerated hereThis is a safe dating program and should be one of an enjoyable experience where you leave finding loveHe made women feel uncomfortable and insecure with his remarksWe will normally suspend introductions when someone shows inappropriate behaviorWe did not suspend him but we did let him know via phone calls and messages on his machine but he would just avoid our callsWe also did not receive feedback on clients(which we require to move forward)We had sent him "missing feedback" letters as well as "no response" letters to no availPoint blank *** wants to only call when *** wants, and follows no protocol. I am rejecting this response because:Providing dates on a timely basis is totally false.  Between Dec. and April I've not heard anything from them.I did NOT change preferences to ONLY Jewish women, thus another lie.Regarding sending in "feedback" letters, also not true.  I've sent in feedback after EACH date and since 12/15 when I paid $8500, I've been fixed up with a total of 4 women.Regarding "rudeness," let them prove that since that's another falsehood.  Women I've met complained about SJM and then SJM alleged it was I badmouthing their Co.;  also, another lie.  Let them prove what they've said since I can prove I've sent them feedback and Janice, the woman in Cherry Hill that signed me up also can attest to my complaints.They're defending my complaints lodged against them with attacks as I expect they would.They've essentially pressured me into signing and paying and then you never hear from them and if you did, every woman they've tried initially to fix me up with aren't anything like what they descrive.
