I believe there was a miscommunication thereThere should have been an expiration of time to claimYou were with in the cancellation of the program, but I believe he was referring to the time to claim the cardPlease contact me at [redacted]

happen, misunderstandings can and do occur from time to timeRegardless, you
certainly should have received the best treatment possible from our team We are in process of training a new sales staffThe

discussing payments without the representative knowing all the details

promotional $Visa gift card that was offered to you as part of purchasing a
new vehicleAs part of this promotion several papers were signed indicating
the Gift Card would be available 30-days from the date of purchaseAfter
our conversation on 1/29/I was under the impression that everything was
resolved and our agreement for me to overnight your gift card on Monday was
acceptableI will accept the resolution and overnight your $Visa gift
cardThanks for your purchase and again please accept my apology for our lack

I filed the complaint Friday evening around 5 o'clock and spoke with Kia around 7:30 that evening.
