After relocating offices more than a year ago, the Post Office has recently ceased forwarding mail sent to our old PO Box. old address, but in the meantime we are working with customers who reach out to us regarding this issue. We received an email from the customer who listed this complaint and we responded with solutions for resolving this matter. Below is the email response I sent:Thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry to read that youhave had such a negative experience trying to obtain a refund. We certainly donot want to contribute to your dissatisfaction. Recently we relocated ouroffices and in turn, our mailing address. Unfortunately there is still productin circulation with our old address. This seems to be the problem youencountered. In order to make this much easier, there are two options we canpursue moving forward depending on which is easiest for you: 1. Upload pictures of the box/remaining contents—including thebar code as well as a picture of the original receipt and your note ofdissatisfaction. Email these pictures to [redacted]2. Cut out the barcode from the box. Mail the barcode, originalreceipt and a short note describing your dissatisfaction in a regularletter-sized envelope to the below address:[redacted] Once we have this proof, we will go ahead and process yourrequest and send you a check for the refund price. Please be sure to includeyour mailing address in the note.In regards to the money you spent on shipping costs, we do notusually reimburse for these costs—however, due to this confusion andinconvenience I will happily send you complimentary Luster product that equalthe cost of shipping. The customer has since responded and the issue has been resolved. We are doing all that we can to ensure that this error does not occur again.
